SEA/Display Specialist
The SEA & Display Specialist accelerates Bugaboo’s and Joolz’s digital growth by leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search and display campaigns across global markets. This role combines analytical rigor with creative precision to deliver high-performing, on-brand advertising that drives visibility, engagement, and conversion throughout the customer journey. Operating within the groups digital ecosystem and brand framework, you leverage data insights to continuously refine performance, maximize ROI, and translate marketing investment into measurable business impact.
You will report to the Head of Digital Marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEA and display strategies: design, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across search and display channels to achieve traffic, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Optimize campaign performance: monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns based on KPIs, audience behavior, and market trends to maximize ROI and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: align with brand, eCommerce, CRM, and analytics teams to ensure paid campaigns are fully integrated into the broader digital ecosystem.
- Reporting and insights: deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the Performance Marketing Manager and wider Digital team to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
- Drive innovation and testing: identify and pilot new ad formats, audience strategies, and automation opportunities to enhance effectiveness of SEA and display efforts.
- Manage budgets and forecasting: ensure accurate budget allocation, pacing, and performance reporting across campaigns and markets.
