We are looking for a Global S&OP Product Owner to lead the evolution of our planning capabilities and processes across demand, supply, and inventory areas. This role is a key enabler for our SIOP transformation, ensuring our teams have the right tools, processes, and insights to make strong, data driven decisions.
As the business product owner, you will translate SIOP requirements into functional specifications, guide prioritization, and work closely with Technology and Data partners to deliver scalable enhancements. You will shape how planning is done across the company—driving process standardization and automation and strengthening the decision-making backbone of our organization.
What will you do
Business Product Ownership
Own the roadmap for planning capabilities and system enhancements across our current APS (Advanced Planning System) and future intelligence platforms
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and priorities
Assess capability gaps and drive the evolution of tools that support SIOP maturity
Process Design & Standardization
Lead design and documentation of end-to-end demand, supply, and inventory planning processes
Drive global standardization across brands, regions, and functions
Champion planning best practices and continuous process improvement
Testing, Validation & Change Management
Partner with IT and Data teams to manage testing, user validation, and release readiness
Support change management and ensure strong adoption across SIOP users
Maintain governance around enhancements, updates, and planning logic
Analytics & Decision Support
Collaborate on the development of dashboards and reports (Qlik/Power BI) that enable decision making
Help define requirements, data needs, and metrics for SIOP transparency
Strengthen analytical maturity and capability within the planning community
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Data teams
Act as the primary business voice for planning capability needs
Train, support, and enable SIOP users on tools, processes, and best practices
What you will bring to the table
7+ years of experience in SIOP, supply chain planning, demand or supply planning
Strong understanding of planning processes, business rules, and advanced planning systems
Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
Experience partnering closely with IT/Data on enhancements and delivery
Excellent process design, documentation, and communication skills
Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with planning data
Ability to lead through influence and navigate diverse global stakeholders
Curiosity, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset
