We are looking for a Global S&OP Product Owner to lead the evolution of our planning capabilities and processes across demand, supply, and inventory areas. This role is a key enabler for our SIOP transformation, ensuring our teams have the right tools, processes, and insights to make strong, data driven decisions.

What will you do

Business Product Ownership

• Own the roadmap for planning capabilities and system enhancements across our current APS (Advanced Planning System) and future intelligence platforms

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and priorities

• Assess capability gaps and drive the evolution of tools that support SIOP maturity

What you will bring to the table

• 7+ years of experience in SIOP, supply chain planning, demand or supply planning

• Strong understanding of planning processes, business rules, and advanced planning systems

• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements

• Experience partnering closely with IT/Data on enhancements and delivery

• Excellent process design, documentation, and communication skills

• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with planning data

• Ability to lead through influence and navigate diverse global stakeholders

• Curiosity, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset
