Your aim as a product Manager, is to lead all aspects of new product introduction and is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product value proposition line to roadmaps, support in building roadmap(s) and working closely with design, engineering, sales and marketing (brand and digital) to ensure the product development project is executed within the targeted scope and ultimately the product is delivering profitable innovation where revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
During the product development process, the Product Managers can be responsible for the project management of the development, aligning the progress and actions with involved stakeholders, creating a strong awareness ensuring the progress of product development projects stay within scope and in control. Post launch, working closely with the global cluster teams, the Product Managers are responsible for global in-market product performance management.
What you will do
Act as the voice of the consumer and market, translating insights into impactful product and business decisions.
Gather, analyze and share consumer, customer and market insights to influence future product development and innovation.
Support the development of business cases and commercial assessments for new product initiatives within the innovation roadmap.
Contribute to the creation and management of a balanced product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market needs and lifecycle strategies.
Develop compelling product propositions by translating consumer insights into clear positioning, pricing and value propositions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive long-term business planning and continuously improve product performance, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction.
Support and co-manage product development projects, tracking progress, identifying risks and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
Lead Core Launch Teams and coordinate go-to-market activities to ensure successful product launches.
Monitor in-market product performance and support strategic decisions related to pricing, positioning, product enhancements and end-of-life planning.
Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and customer service teams on product-related topics, including compatibility management and pricing reviews.
Maintain and strengthen strategic supplier relationships, including performance reviews, sales reporting and roadmap alignment with key partners.
Collaborate closely with Innovation, Design, Finance, Commercial and Regional teams to deliver winning products and drive sustainable category growth.
What you will bring to the table
Educational background in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Design
Pro: knowledge/experience in guiding product design/engineering
Experience in customer and market research
Commercial understanding (financial/business)
Analytical skills
Pro: Project management knowledge managing time, budget, milestones, issues and risk of projects
Strong verbal and written presentation skills
Strategic thinking
Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
The position requires to visit different markets for customer study and product assessment
