Your role at bugaboo
We are looking for CRM Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team and take day-to-day ownership of our global newsletter activities for Bugaboo. Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager, you develop our newsletter marketing approach and be responsible for our newsletter activities across our global and local markets.
This is a role for someone who is strong in execution, curious, analytical, and eager to improve how we engage with our customers. You will work with customer data, email marketing tools, content, and performance insights to help improve relevance, engagement, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.

What will you do?
Be responsible of the global newsletter marketing plan, including planning, briefing, segmentation, building, testing, sending, reporting, and optimization;
Own the continuous development of the newsletter channel by identifying opportunities to improve content relevance, personalization, targeting, engagement, and commercial performance;
Develop and execute testing plans across subject lines, content, creative, segmentation, offers, send times, and personalization;
Own the planning and execution of local market email marketing calendars, partnering with global and local teams to create strong newsletter content plans that ensure brand consistency while staying locally relevant;
Support segmentation improvements by using customer data, behavioral insights, and platform capabilities to identify new audience opportunities and increase the relevance and performance of newsletter communications;
Use ESP, CDP, and reporting tool knowledge to improve campaign setup, targeting, workflows, testing, and performance tracking;
Support the standardization of local lead generation and database management processes, helping to ensure data quality, compliance, and operational consistency across markets;
Manage email performance reporting and translate insights into clear recommendations for optimization;
Share CRM performance, learnings, and opportunities with relevant stakeholders to support continuous improvement;
Bring external inspiration, email best practices, and fresh improvement ideas to help evolve our CRM and newsletter approach;
Support broader CRM initiatives, including data capture, lifecycle journeys, automation, customer retention projects, and improvements to CRM workflows, templates, and platform capabilities.
What will you bring to the table
You have 1-3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a similar digital marketing role and have hands-on experience working with newsletter campaigns. You are curious, proactive, and excited to grow your CRM expertise while creating engaging customer experiences. You are natural on navigating through CRM engagement platforms and eager to try the newest features and bring your ideas into action.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, innovative, and eager to improve how things are done. You are a team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for digital marketing.
