The Position

As our Senior Product Development Manager, you play a key role in shaping and growing the Marie-Stella-Maris product portfolio by bringing innovative, high-quality products to market and continuously improving our existing assortment. From identifying consumer needs and market opportunities to overseeing development, launch and evaluation, you ensure every product reflects our premium brand standards and purpose-driven mission.

In this role, you lead the end-to-end development process across specific product categories and launches from ideation and concept development to feasibility, production, launch and post-launch evaluation. You translate market insights, consumer trends and business opportunities into products that strengthen our assortment and support sustainable growth.

Through strong project ownership and stakeholder management, you ensure launches are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with both commercial objectives and brand strategy. As part of the Product Development team within the Marketing department, you work closely with the Product Development Director and collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain, Brand and Sales.

Key responsibilities

Product development & launches

• Lead the development of products within specific categories and launches from ideation and concepting through development, feasibility, production, launch and evaluation.

Market insights & innovation

• Monitor trends and developments in the market and industry to identify new product opportunities.

Project & stakeholder management

• Manage timelines, budgets and stakeholders to ensure product launches are aligned, delivered on time and executed successfully.

Performance

• Deliver launches on time, in full and in a strong 360° approach.

• Drive product launches that meet or exceed commercial targets.

• Passionate about beauty, home and lifestyle products, with a strong understanding of market trends, brands and consumer needs.

• Highly organised and strong project managers, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communicators who can effectively manage stakeholders across different teams and external partners.

• Detail-oriented and solution-driven, with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

• Brand-sensitive and naturally aligned with the Marie-Stella-Maris brand, values and premium positioning.

• Able to perform under pressure, balance multiple responsibilities and set clear priorities.

And Who Bring…

• 5–10 years of experience in product development within the beauty and/or lifestyle industry, with a focus on skincare or home categories.

• A strong understanding of product formulation and packaging within beauty, home and gifting categories (preferred).

• A university degree in Marketing or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

• Fluency in English.
