SENIOR SPECIALIST - SAMPLES & CONTENT MANAGEMENT

As the Senior Specialist, you will manage physical & digital assets & information across the GTM & DS value chain ensuring organization, maximizing usability, and enabling efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Enable the local commercial content production through cataloguing, digital asset management, and publication

• Drive the overall samples ordering & management process through continue process optimization with the use of digital tools & technology

• Maintain a strong connection with cross-category EMEA stakeholders and work cooperatively with Global Content teams in order to consume adapt and complement the content delivered upstream

• Own the development, management, & continuous improvement of the digital hub for GTM & DS (built currently on Airtable) incl KPI development

• Act as a business partner, combine your digital creation background with your digital transformation expertise and mindset to integrate and adapt content management capabilities to the rapidly evolving needs of the business

• Effectively project manage and coordinate a variety of internal stakeholders on larger projects to ensure maximum business value delivery

• Ad hoc support of samples management processes and other responsibilities as may be needed in support of Go To Market

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Stakeholder management : working closely with stakeholders, create feedback loop on content relevancy and efficiencies.

• Project management : lead new project and processes directly and ability to brief third-party vendors on a production process.

• E2E B2B experience : understand information/ content flow and digital experience usage internally and externally, CMS

• Marketplace : Think marketplace wide – create consumer ready content whenever possible

• Transition management : Educate and train teams to be able to maximize the usage of our digital assets

• Digital Asset Management: Airtable as well as a variety of other creative & content management platforms
