You will design and govern product and configuration data models that enable operational automation and consistency across end‑to‑end value chains. You will ensure high‑quality master data, configuration rules, and lifecycle information are correctly defined and deployed across systems and markets. Your work is a critical enabler for scalable, data‑driven innovation and seamless customer experiences in next‑generation image guided therapy solutions.
Your Role:
- In this role, you will own and steward end‑to‑end product and software data standards, ensuring accurate product structures, configuration rules, attributes, and lifecycle states across the IGTS IT landscape.
- You will work cross‑functionally with Business Process Experts, R&D, factories, service teams, commercial operations, IT platform owners, and data scientists to identify data gaps, define requirements, and deploy improved data and configuration capabilities enabling a data driven end-2-end operations.
- You will also drive continuous improvement through root‑cause analysis, governance, and compliance, ensuring data readiness across idea‑to‑market, market‑to‑order, order‑to‑cash, and service processes.

- You have a relevant background in data modelling, engineering, or business, with 5+ years of experience.
- You bring a strong end‑to‑end mindset, having worked across the full value chain in data definition and management.
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills, a hands‑on mentality, and a customer‑first mindset.
- You are comfortable working in complex, regulated environments and collaborating across multiple functions.
Specific Technical Requirements:
- Proven experience with PLM and ERP systems such as Windchill, ConfigIt, and SAP.
- More than 5 years of experience in end‑to‑end data modelling and data flows for configurable systems and software businesses.
- Experience with data modelling for services businesses is preferred.
- Expertise in product structures, configuration rules, attributes, and lifecycle data management.
- Experience with data governance, regulatory compliance, and QMS standards.
- Ability to define and manage execution of data model changes, including data migrations and transformations.
- Familiarity with value stream mapping, lean principles, and end‑to‑end capability design practices.
