Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role within IGT‑Systems by driving scalable Commercial Excellence through ownership and optimization of digital platforms, data capabilities, and activation tools that enable Philips’ omnichannel customer engagement across regions and clinical segments.

Your role:

  • Be accountable for the vision, roadmap, and continuous optimization of Philips’ digital marketing, content, CRM, and analytics platforms, ensuring they deliver measurable business value and are adopted consistently across IGTS.
  • translating commercial strategy, user needs, and performance insights into clear use cases, prioritized roadmaps, and platform improvements across the digital content and engagement ecosystem.
  • Driving platform adoption, activation performance, and continuous optimization, with a strong focus on scalability, efficiency, compliance, and time‑to‑market.
  • Serving as the primary interface between IGTS Commercial Excellence / Marketing teams and enabling functions such as Digital Services, IT, MI&A, regional teams, and external vendors.
  • Ensuring alignment with Philips governance regulatory standards for compliant activation.
  • You will be part of the Content & Engagement team, collaborating closely with multiple cross‑functional teams to ensure strong and effective activation.

You’re the right fit if:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in digital platform ownership, marketing technology and commercial enablement, preferably within a complex, global B2B or MedTech organization.
  • Experience in owning the end‑to‑end vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for digital platforms such as Contentful, PPL, PAL, Eloqua, Salesforce (SFDC), Veeva PromoMats, SEO and activation tooling, and analytics solutions.
  • A proven track record of owning digital platforms end‑to‑end and translating strategy and user needs into clear roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in leveraging AI‑enabled tools (such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT) responsibly to accelerate insights and productivity.
  • Fluency in English

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
