  • Drive discovery and loyalty: Partner closely with SEO/GEO, CRM and Consumer Care teams to make Philips the first choice for consumers throughout the consumer’s entire experience.
  • Optimize through insight: Analyze how consumers move through our site and run A/B tests to continuously improve engagement, conversion, and average basket value.

  • Promotional Strategy: Identify and launch promotional activities that drive incremental sales while safeguarding profitability and long term sustainable growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all product details—from pricing and categorization to upsell opportunities and content —are accurate and optimized for conversion at all times.

Deliver cross-category impact

  • Lead initiatives that drive operational excellence and process improvement across categories and markets, leaving a last footprint beyond your own portfolio.
