Who are we looking for?As Digital Growth Strategist at plnktn, you are the crucial link between creation and performance. You understand in detail what makes or breaks a good creative. From strong hooks and compelling scripts to visual structure: you know exactly why something does or doesn't convert. With this knowledge, you provide input throughout the entire creative process, from scripting to edits and publication across all channels. You work closely with our team, our external creators, and ambassadors.With these same insights, you then take charge of our main marketing channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, email, and website). You determine where budget needs to work hardest and ensure every euro is spent as efficiently as possible.
