More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Customer Order Specialist in Eindhoven with Signify.

We value the strong connection with our customers, as a Customer Order Specialist you are key in keeping our customers happy. We are currently strengthening our customer service activities in The Netherlands. Responsible for segments Retail & Hospitality, Office & Industry, Public, Trade & HortiLED.

  • You’ll provide service directly to the customers by receiving, processing and monitoring incoming orders.

  • You’ll lead the whole back office process: complex project orders regarding technical content and commercial correctness.

  • You’ll manage all stakeholders (internal & external) during the operational project execution.

  • You’ll support your colleague sales account manager (turnover and customer satisfaction) and also your assigned customers and projects;

  • You’ll help increase customers satisfaction in the area of Order to Cash, improving Customer & Transactional NPS

  • You’ll provide pricing and delivery information and make sure the efficiency of the customer service process improves constantly.

  • You’ll manage manual order creation for complex projects, including milestone delivery and billing schedules

  • You’ll participate in multi-disciplinary internal projects as a representative of the team

  • You’ve a bachelor or master’s degree

  • You’re ambitious and eager to grow further; we welcome fresh graduates!

  • You’re a native speaker Dutch and fluent in English

  • You’re willing to understand the customer order execution cycle and you’re passionate about operational excellence.

  • You’ve good knowledge of MS Office and SAP

  • You’re willing to become LEAN certified
