More about the role

As Global App & CRM Commerce Lead, you will define and steer the global strategy for customer communications, lifecycle marketing, and lifetime value across our consumer brands. This role sits at the intersection of app, CRM, commerce and customer experience, with a strong focus on strategic planning, roadmap definition and long-term value creation.

You will work within the global eCommerce & LTV team and collaborate across marketing, product, data, IT and markets. Your mission is to shape how we engage customers across the full lifecycle through app, email, and other digital touchpoints ensuring a consistent, personalized and omnichannel experience that drives sustainable growth.

What you’ll do

Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the global App, CRM and customer communication strategy, aligned with eCommerce, brand and customer experience ambitions.

  • Shape the long-term app and CRM roadmap, identifying growth opportunities across lifecycle, engagement, retention and commerce.

  • Translate business objectives into clear strategic priorities, frameworks and success metrics for customer engagement and LTV.

Customer Experience & Lifecycle

  • Oversee planning & execution of the campaign roadmap: promotional, lifecycle, engagement and product campaigns. Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align on campaign objectives, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring cohesive execution and alignment with broader marketing initiatives. Defining top funnel, lifecycle/triggered and promotional campaigns.

  • Lead the development of personalized, data-driven customer journeys across app, email and web, leveraging behavioural and transactional insights.

  • Ensure a consistent omnichannel approach across brands, markets and touchpoints.

  • Drive continuous improvement of customer relevance, engagement and loyalty.

  • Accelerate CRM audience growth with several activities while maintaining the database health & compliance.

Governance, Performance & Enablement

  • Own key CRM, app and LTV performance metrics, providing strategic insights, trends and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Set global standards, best practices and ways of working for CRM and app communications.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as a strategic partner to product, data, IT, marketing and digital commerce teams.

  • Contribute to CRM- and app-related transformation initiatives such as platform evolution, automation and data activation.

  • Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team of specialists, focusing on capability building and strategic impact.

More about you

  • 5+ years of experience in App communication, CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital customer engagement or growth marketing, ideally for global consumer brands.

  • Strong experience defining strategy, roadmaps and frameworks rather than only campaign execution.

  • Proven understanding of app marketing, CRM ecosystems and omnichannel customer journeys.

  • Ability to translate data and insights into clear strategic direction and business impact.

  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Braze, Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar).

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions and markets.

  • Strategic, customer-centric mindset with a pragmatic and collaborative leadership style.

  • Comfortable balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities in a fast-moving environment.
