Performance Marketer
Own the performance engine behind the fastest-growing compression wear brand in Europe.
This is the role for someone who wants full ownership of the commercial output of performance marketing; someone who thinks in systems, optimises relentlessly, and sees SEA, SEO, Paid Social, and Affiliate not as separate tasks but as one interconnected machine that drives scalable, efficient growth.
About STOX
STOX Energy Socks is a fast-growing DTC brand headquartered in Amsterdam, dedicated to the compression wear market. As market leader in the Benelux and with active expansion across Germany, Austria, France, and the UK, we are building one of Europe's most recognised compression wear brands.
We sell direct through our Shopify Store, marketplaces (Bol & Amazon), and through selected retailers. To keep growing efficiently, we need a performance marketer who is as obsessed with the numbers as we are.
We work from the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam with an ambitious and driven team.
Your Role
You'll be the senior operator who keeps that machine running at full speed: setting the strategy, sharpening the execution with external agencies, and making sure every euro of marketing spend is becoming more and more efficient.
Your Responsibilities
On Paid Social, you run the operation, not just the campaigns. You own the architecture, the audience strategy, the creative testing frameworks and the spend allocation. You challenge, and you push for efficient growth, not just scale.
On SEA and SEO, you are the strategic counterpart to our search agency. You set the direction, challenge the targets, and scrutinise the output. You know the mechanics well enough to push for the right campaign structures, bidding strategies and keyword decisions and you know when to be critical. You view SEO & SEA as Total Search to drive incremental revenue.
On Affiliate, you own it end-to-end. Partner selection, onboarding, commission structures, performance reviews, compliance, etc. You build a programme that generates incremental revenue, not one that cannibalises orders from channels you already own.
You run a structured experimentation practice.
You design incrementality tests, interpret the results, and use them to shape budget allocation decisions.
You own the performance narrative: clear reporting, honest trendlines, and sharp recommendations on what to double down on and what to cut. You manage budgets with the discipline of someone whose results are always visible.
What We’re Looking For
You have 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record in DTC or e-commerce. You've managed meaningful budgets across multiple channels simultaneously, and you know how to drive incremental revenue.
- Strong analytical skills: You are data-first. You build your own analyses, spot patterns in data, and translate them into clear decisions. You will work closely with the Head of Ecommerce and report on a monthly basis.
- Proven track record managing and scaling Paid Social campaigns (Meta required, TikTok a plus) with significant budgets.
- Deep working knowledge of SEA & SEO,
- End-to-end experience running an affiliate programme e.g. platforms, partners, payout models and fraud prevention.
- Experience with Shopify and attribution platforms
- Proven experience with incrementality testing and the ability to connect results to budget strategy.
- Bachelor's or Master's level, preferably in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Affinity with sport, lifestyle or performance wear.
What we offer
- Grow with our international ambitions and take full ownership of your personal and professional development.
- Receive a competitive salary package, including a pension scheme and travel allowance
- Work from an iconic location in our inspiring office at the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam.
- An ambitious and supportive team that values collaboration and celebrating successes together.
- Employee discounts on all our products, regular Friday drinks, and our annual ski trip.

We look forward to hear from you.
