What you'll do
- Define success factors and intermediate milestones for their initiatives
- Build parking, EV, and other navigation transaction solutions across apps and automotive
- Consistently guide product teams in product discovery with clear insights on risks associated with viability, usability, value and feasibility
- Define a compelling vision and steer the product team to deliver toward it for their defined features / product
- Define clearly researched goals and measurement of success, drawing a clear connection between those metrics and overall company strategy
- Build credibility not just as executing on the plan but as a partner to the business in developing the plan or strategy
- Drive decisions to resolution and, where appropriate, including the decision to cancel or pivot the entire product
What you'll need
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with experience working with transaction services or payment processing in a tech environment
- Deep understanding of API design and architecture
- Experience managing partner relationships, ideally in the payment space
- Deep understanding of user needs, with the ability to advocate for the customer while balancing business goals
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong at uniting stakeholders behind a vision
- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams to deliver technical solutions
- Experience with A/B testing and iterative product development
- Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows or for product experimentation
