What you will do

We are looking for a Master Data Specialist to join our global team based in Amsterdam! The goal of this role is to ensure smooth master data operations by developing and maintaining master data processes from Tony's Chocolonely's materials, ingredients and chocolate end products. You will be the go-to person for all Tony's item master data and develop clear and aligned processes to set up or change data flawlessly.

You will be part of Tony’s Data team and report to the Head of Data.

All wrapped up

• Further improve and maintain all master data processes, policies and technologies of our item data. You get to develop a new automated master data framework that diminishes manual interventions in the processes.

• Until fully automated, set up correct master data for new products and product changes in our ERP environment.

• Monitor the quality and availability of item data. You will be the point of contact for any updates or maintenance of master data.

• Take part in various master data projects and propose improvements related to quality of master data and master flows.

• Experience in developing smart automated (master-) data processes and evaluating end-to-end master data processes.

• Demonstrated background in BI, data, or IT.

• Driven to develop new, improved ways of working and monitor the impact.

• Builds solid partnerships and works collaboratively while independently plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments.

• Structured way of working with a high level of accuracy when inputting and processing large amounts of data.

• Experience working with Business Central is a plus.

• You raise the bar: challenge yourself and team Tony’s to increase our ambition and to accomplish our mission. Making mistakes along the way and learning from them.
